# Notifications

> Configure which email notifications Feedal sends to your account.

Go to **Account → Notifications** to control the emails Feedal sends you.

## Notification preferences

| Setting                  | Default   | Description                                                                            |
| ------------------------ | --------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Communication emails** | Off       | Account activity notifications — plan changes, usage alerts, important account updates |
| **Marketing emails**     | Off       | News about new features, product updates, and Feedal announcements                     |
| **Social emails**        | On        | Notifications related to collaboration and team activity                               |
| **Security emails**      | Always on | Login alerts, password changes, and security-related account events                    |

  Security emails cannot be disabled. They are required for account safety and
  include alerts for password changes, new login locations, and suspicious
  activity.

## Integration failure notifications

Per-integration failure alerts are configured separately on each form integration, not here. See the **Notify on failure** toggle in the **Connect** tab of any form. When enabled, you receive an email when an integration fails to deliver repeatedly.
