Go to Subscription in the sidebar to view your current plan and make changes.

Upgrading

Upgrades take effect immediately. When you upgrade:
  1. Go to Subscription → Upgrade.
  2. Select the plan and billing period (monthly or yearly).
  3. Complete payment.
Your new plan limits and features are available as soon as the payment processes. If you’re mid-cycle on a lower plan, the upgrade is applied immediately without waiting for your current period to end.

Downgrading

Downgrades are scheduled — your current plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, then the lower plan takes effect. To downgrade:
  1. Go to Subscription.
  2. Click Change plan and select a lower plan.
  3. Confirm the downgrade.
A confirmation shows the date when the downgrade takes effect. You retain all current plan features until that date.

What happens to your data on downgrade

ScenarioBehaviour
You have more forms than the lower plan allowsExisting forms are preserved but you cannot create new ones until you’re within the limit
You have more responses than the new retention period coversOlder responses outside the new retention window are deleted after a grace period
Features locked on the lower plan (e.g. conditional logic)Existing conditional logic remains in published versions but cannot be edited until you upgrade

Switching billing period

You can switch between monthly and yearly at any time from the Subscription page. Switching to yearly takes effect at your next renewal date — you won’t be charged again until then, at the new yearly rate.

Auto-renewal

Auto-renewal is on by default for all paid plans. To manage it:
  1. Go to Subscription.
  2. Click Manage auto-renewal.
  3. You can turn auto-renewal off (your plan runs until the current period ends, then reverts to Free) or back on.

Updating your payment method

Click Update payment method on the Subscription page. You’ll be directed to the payment provider’s secure portal to update your card or payment details.

Cancellation

Cancelling means turning off auto-renewal. Your current plan stays active until the end of the paid period. There are no partial refunds for unused time. If you need a refund for a genuine billing error, contact support@feedal.com.
