Back button options
Once enabled, the following options appear:| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Style | Controls what is rendered: Icon only, Text only, or Icon and text |
| Label | The text shown when style includes text. Defaults to "Back" |
| Layout | Grouped places the back button next to the continue button. Space between pushes it to the opposite side. |
The back button is only shown after the respondent has moved past the first question. It never appears on the entry screen.
Auto-advance
Some question types (single-choice, rating, scale) advance automatically when the respondent makes a selection, without requiring them to click continue. You can override this per-question by enabling Show submit button in the question settings — this forces the continue button to appear even for auto-advancing types.Related
